2011 UK Toy Fair Info Center

As there are now reports coming in from all over the globe as every detail is leaked from a show that used to be ..well..fairly leak proof! I thought I'd put up this article to share the info with those who want it without bogging the site down with 300 individual articles that are 2 paragraphs each. I'll also update this one as new info comes in and provide links to bigger articles.

Doctor Who - We seem to go from one extreme to another with this license. On one end, we have Kids@Play's Battery Operated Ride-in inflatable Dalek powered by a re-chargeable 6v battery motor! It features a removable head, 10 authentic Dalek phrases, 360 degree steering and movable manipulator and exterminator arms. Coming Summer 2011. At the other end of the spectrum are Character Options Character Building Doctor Who mini figures and construction sets! CLICK HERE for lots of info and images on that line.

Street Fighter - Prototypes were on display with no articulation added as yet, so you'll have to wait until the NY show for that info. Fighters included Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Chun Li, Guile, Vega, Bison, Seth, El Fuerte and Sagat.

Star Wars - Didn't seem to be much to speak about as reports are few and far between. We do have this quick video showing a new General Grievous mask that only sits on the front of your face, unlike the full helmets from the past. A new Vader and Rex mask will be released as well. Also in the vid is a new Republic Attack Shuttle! This features several missile launchers, a detachable cockpit for quick escapes, wings that open up, lights and sounds.

New Vintage Figures were revealed with an AT-RT Driver, a Clone Trooper, Weequay, Dagobah Luke in X-Wing Gear, General Lando and Jedi Knight Fi-Ek Sirch. Thanks to Jedi News for that last bit. There was also talk of a Star Wars Ultimate Force Tech Lightsaber Assortment, but past a mention of the reveal, I've yet to turn up info. I'm told you'll know eeeeverything by Friday.

Thundercats - Check out the art from the new show and all the details we've been able to squeeze out of the UK team RIGHT HERE

Transformers - Dark of the Moon is the new movie and your favorite bots will be centered around that logo this year, but not to worry. Not all the bots are movie designs! CLICK HERE for the skinny.

more to come!
